The Immune Defense Bundle pairs Thymus Bioregulator (Vladonix), the natural A-6 thymus extract, with Immune System Bioregulator (Crystagen), the synthetic immune peptide Glu-Asp-Pro: two Khavinson peptide bioregulators supplied as two 60-capsule boxes for a single 30-day course. The thymus trains T cells and the bone marrow produces them, which is why the Khavinson group studied thymus and immune peptides side by side. Long-term follow-up of older adults given thymus and pineal peptide courses reported lower mortality and better immune indices than controls (PubMed 14523363), and short peptides including Glu-Asp-Pro were tested on interleukin-2 gene expression in splenocytes (PubMed 12447482). Those studies used injectable Thymalin and laboratory peptides, not these capsules.
Naming: the thymus product in this bundle is Vladonix, not Thymalin (the injectable extract) and not Vilon (the synthetic dipeptide); the product id still reads thymalin. Crystagen is the synthetic peptide, not the natural Bonomarlot extract. This is a dietary supplement pairing, not an immune therapy and not a substitute for vaccination. Matter does not claim it boosts immunity. The products are supplements taken to support normal thymus and immune cell function during a 30-day course. The strongest published data are on injectable Thymalin in older adults (PubMed 14523363), a different preparation. Anyone with an immune condition or on immunosuppressants should ask a clinician first.

The Khavinson literature reports good tolerability over 30-day courses, but most of it comes from one research group. Adults only; do not use if pregnant or nursing, and ask a healthcare professional if you have a medical condition or take medication.
