The thymus and the blood vessels are two of the tissues the Khavinson group followed longest. The most cited result in the field is the long-term follow-up of older adults given thymus and pineal peptide courses, who had lower mortality and better immune and metabolic indices than untreated controls (PubMed 14523363); it used injectable Thymalin and Epithalamin, not capsules. Pinealon raised cell viability in culture (PubMed 21978084) and a vascular peptide bioregulator increased microvascular density in aged rats (PubMed 27383168). No study has tested this three-product combination.
Naming: the thymus product is Vladonix, not Thymalin; Pinealon is a brain peptide, not a pineal extract and not Epitalon; Vesugen is the synthetic vessel peptide, not Ventfort. This is a dietary supplement grouping. It is not an anti-aging treatment, it has not been shown to change biological age markers, and it is not a treatment for any condition. Suggested use follows each box: 2 capsules of each a day with food, 6 capsules in total, for a 30-day course, repeated 2 to 3 times a year. Are peptide bioregulators safe?
The bundle contains only dietary supplements and carries the standard FDA disclaimer on every box. The Khavinson literature reports good tolerability over 30-day courses, but most of it comes from one research group. Adults only; do not use if pregnant or nursing, and ask a healthcare professional if you have a medical condition or take medication.
