The published work is on the synthetic cartilage peptide AED and on cell cultures: a 2023 review of peptide regulation of chondrogenic stem cell differentiation (PubMed 37176122) and the general finding that organ peptide preparations stimulate cultures of their matching tissue (PubMed 11713572). No muscle-specific Gotratix study is indexed, and there is no trial of the combination.
Naming: Sigumir is not Cartalax, the synthetic injectable cartilage peptide Matter lists separately for research use. Gotratix is not a growth hormone or anabolic product. Is this bundle for joint pain or injury recovery?
No. Neither product is a treatment for joint pain, arthritis, injury or muscle loss, and Matter makes no such claim. They are supplements taken to support normal cartilage and muscle cell function. Anyone with a joint condition or recovering from injury should follow their clinician's plan; the injectable Cartalax is a separate research product.

The bundle contains only dietary supplements and carries the standard FDA disclaimer on every box. The Khavinson literature reports good tolerability over 30-day courses, but most of it comes from one research group. Adults only; do not use if pregnant or nursing, and ask a healthcare professional if you have a medical condition or take medication.
