Pancreas peptide complex concentrate supporting pancreatic cell function through natural bioregulation. Extract ultrafiltrate from young animal pancreas tissue. Made in Germany.
Product information
Suprefort is the Khavinson pancreas peptide bioregulator (A-1), a natural extract complex from young animal pancreas sold as a 60-capsule daily supplement. Each capsule contains 20mg of pancreas extract (pcc-01). It is the oral, non-synthetic pancreas product in the Khavinson line, distinct from Pancragen, the synthetic tetrapeptide Lys-Glu-Asp-Trp.
The pancreas makes digestive enzymes and, in its islets, insulin and glucagon. Pancragen, the synthetic pancreas peptide, is one of the better-documented Khavinson molecules: it stimulated differentiation markers in aging pancreatic cell cultures (PubMed 23486591), 30-day courses in older adults were reported to improve carbohydrate metabolism indices in a small study (PubMed 22448364), and pancreatic peptides corrected age-related insulin and glucose changes in old monkeys (PubMed 15514731). Those studies used Pancragen or research preparations, not this capsule. Matter's Suprefort is made in Germany in a GMP facility, with 20mg of pancreas extract per capsule as printed on the box.
Naming: the product id reads pancragen, but the box and the capsules are Suprefort. Pancragen is a synthetic four-amino-acid research peptide that Matter does not sell as capsules; Suprefort is the natural pancreas extract. Suprefort is a dietary supplement, not a diabetes treatment and not a digestive enzyme product. Suggested use from the label: 2 capsules a day with food; one 60-capsule box is a 30-day course, repeated 2 to 3 times a year. Dietary supplement; not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Frequently asked questions
What is Suprefort?
Suprefort is the pancreas peptide bioregulator in the Khavinson Cytamins line, product A-1: a low-molecular-weight peptide complex extracted from young animal pancreas, 20mg per capsule, 60 capsules per box, made in Germany. It is a daily supplement listed on Matter as Pancreas Bioregulator (Suprefort) and is the oral counterpart to the synthetic Pancragen.
Is Suprefort the same as Pancragen?
No. Pancragen is a defined synthetic tetrapeptide, Lys-Glu-Asp-Trp, used in Khavinson's cell, animal and small human studies. Suprefort is a natural peptide complex extracted from pancreas tissue and sold as capsules. Matter's product id still says pancragen from an earlier listing; the box and capsules are Suprefort, and Matter does not sell Pancragen.
What are the benefits of Pancragen peptide?
In published work Pancragen stimulated differentiation of aging pancreatic cells in culture (PubMed 23486591) and, in a small study of older adults, courses were associated with better carbohydrate metabolism indices (PubMed 22448364). Those findings belong to the synthetic peptide. Suprefort, the capsule Matter stocks, is taken to support normal pancreatic cell function.
Are peptide bioregulators safe?
Suprefort is sold as a dietary supplement, not a drug, with the standard FDA disclaimer on the box. The Khavinson literature reports good tolerability over 30-day courses, mostly from one research group. Adults only; not for pregnancy or nursing. Ask a healthcare professional if you have a medical condition or take medication, including diabetes medication.
Which peptides are bioregulators?
The Khavinson line covers most organs: Vladonix for the thymus, Svetinorm for the liver, Thyreogen for the thyroid, Visoluten for the retina, Libidon for the prostate, Cerluten for the brain, Sigumir for cartilage, Glandokort for the adrenal glands, Suprefort for the pancreas and Testoluten for the testes. All ten are in stock at Matter as 60-capsule daily supplements.
How do you take Suprefort?
Follow the label: 2 capsules a day with food. One 60-capsule box is a 30-day course, repeated 2 to 3 times a year in the Khavinson protocol. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Many people pair it with Liver Bioregulator (Svetinorm); the Digestive System Bundle lists both.
