Product information
Vladonix is the Khavinson thymus peptide bioregulator (A-6), a natural thymus extract complex sold as a 60-capsule daily supplement. Each capsule contains 20mg of thymus extract (pcc-06). It is the oral, non-synthetic thymus product in the Khavinson line, distinct from the injectable extract Thymalin and the synthetic dipeptide Vilon.
The thymus is where T cells mature, and it shrinks steadily from puberty onward. Vladimir Khavinson's group in St. Petersburg studied thymus peptides for decades: long-term follow-up of older adults given thymus and pineal peptide courses reported lower mortality and better immune indices than untreated controls (PubMed 14523363), thymus peptides modulated thymocyte differentiation and apoptosis in aging thymus cultures (PubMed 22238759), and Thymalin activated differentiation of human hematopoietic stem cells in vitro (PubMed 33237528). Those studies used injectable Russian preparations, not this capsule. Matter's Vladonix is made in Germany in a GMP facility, non-GMO and gluten free, with 20mg of thymus extract per capsule as printed on the box.
Naming: Vladonix is not Thymalin, the injectable thymus extract used in the Russian studies, and it is not Vilon (Lys-Glu), the two-amino-acid synthetic thymus peptide; Matter sells neither as capsules. Suggested use from the label: 2 capsules a day with food; one 60-capsule box is a 30-day course, repeated 2 to 3 times a year. Dietary supplement; not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Frequently asked questions
What is Vladonix peptide?
Vladonix is the natural thymus peptide bioregulator from the Khavinson line, product number A-6. It is a peptide complex extracted from young animal thymus tissue and sold as a 60-capsule daily supplement with 20mg of extract per capsule. It is the oral counterpart to the injectable thymus extract Thymalin used in Russian studies.
What is Vilon peptide?
Vilon is a synthetic dipeptide, lysine-glutamic acid (Lys-Glu), designed by Khavinson's group as the shortest active fragment of thymus peptides. It has been studied in thymus cell cultures (PubMed 23486604). Vilon is a separate research molecule, and Matter does not sell it as capsules; the thymus product Matter stocks is Vladonix.
What is the difference between Vladonix and Thymalin?
Thymalin is the injectable thymus polypeptide extract used in the Russian clinical studies, including the long-term follow-up reported by Khavinson and Morozov (PubMed 14523363). Vladonix is the oral thymus peptide complex in capsule form, taken as a daily supplement. Same organ, different preparation and route; the published results apply to Thymalin.
How do you take Vladonix?
Follow the label: 2 capsules a day with food. One 60-capsule box is a 30-day course, repeated 2 to 3 times a year in the Khavinson protocol. Store in a cool, dry place away from light. Some people pair it with Adrenal Bioregulator (Glandokort) or, when it launches, Immune System Bioregulator (Crystagen).
Are peptide bioregulators safe?
Vladonix is sold as a dietary supplement, not a drug, with the standard FDA disclaimer on the box. The Khavinson literature reports good tolerability over 30-day courses, mostly from one research group. Adults only; not for pregnancy or nursing. Ask a healthcare professional if you have a medical condition or take medication.
Where can I buy Vladonix in the USA?
Matter ships Vladonix from the USA as Thymus Bioregulator (Vladonix), product A-6, in a 60-capsule box made in Germany. It is in stock at /product/thymalin-60cap; the product id keeps the older Thymalin name from the original listing, but the box, the label and the capsules are Vladonix.
